Suite Upgrades is one of the most personal companies I have ever had the privilege of working with. When they say they are going to do something they truly mean it.

I called Suite Upgrades asking if they had any mini fridges is stock. Within 3 days those mini fridges were all 215 rooms of my hotel. Can’t say enough good things about this company.

I at first had my concerns about using a new vendor to furnish my hotels. However, this company was helpful and was willing to negotiate on pricing. I am looking forward to working with them again this next year on renovating more of my hotels.

Just wow! Last fall I had this company come in and restore my furnishings within my lobby and some rooms as well. These pieces looked brand new when they finished. After doing business with them, they told me that they also sell bulk hotel items and furnishings. Currently, I am working with them on getting new bedroom sets for my other hotel. I would go to them first again in a heartbeat, with the way they treat you like family.

I was needing all our old furniture removed from our hotel, so we could make room for the new. I called lots of removal companies to compare pricing. I then got word from a friend about this company that does removal and they guarantee to beat out any other quotes that were given to me. So, I called them and sent them the quotes I had received. The next week Suite Upgrades was removing these items from our loading dock at $2,000 less then our best quote we received.

I only bought 10 or so items when going into Suite Upgrades warehouse last year, but they treated me like I was buying out the whole warehouse. I also love love love the “why” behind this company. The owner Roland has a huge heart for helping victims of sex trafficking. So much that he has a podcast call “Truth Justice 23” that I now listen to regularly. The owner is wanting to use this company to further fund his passion to help these victims. Next time I am looking to buy, I am calling up Suite Upgrades to help them even more with their companies “why”.

I walking into Suite Upgrades warehouse a few weeks ago to see what they had (as a friend of mine told me about them). I didn’t end up buying anything but I got to speak to one of the workers there for a while. He got to sharing why he loved working for the company with me. He said that the owner was always open to new and great ideas that he had and that he owner had such a big heart. He also told me about how this company is eco friendly. He said that they acquire furnishings that hotels no longer want anymore and are repurposing them by reselling them or donating them to charities, churches, and people in need. By doing this they are able to keep more out of land fields. I absolutely loved this!
